SMB News – April 25

We’re pleased to let you know that the latest round of quality-of-life updates has just gone live on your SMB portal.

From today, the following changes have been applied:

Automatic self-approval now includes changes and cancellations

Previously, when an approver has been responsible for their own absence requests, the system has been able to automatically approve requests they make, but not changes to absences or cancellations. Now if an approver requests to change or delete an existing absence, this will be automatically approved if that option is enabled.

Select which fields are shown on My Salary

By default, the My Salary page shows the employee the full salary record, including FTE and Estimated Salary information. You can now select whether these additional fields are included on that page.

Increased customisation of password requirements

To help with your own security, we have added options to allow you to define the complexity of password requirements in line with your own security policies.

Option to show Calculation on request page

Finally, we have added the option to allow employees to calculate the length of a requested absence when making the request.
