How can I set whether employees can see estimated or FTE salary information on the My Salary page?

By default, the “My Salary” page shows an employee the same information as is shown to admin users, including the employee’s FTE salary value and the estimated salary created when employee salaries are recorded as daily, weekly or monthly values.

If you do not want these values to be shown to employees, you can disable these by going to the “Administration” option on the main menu, then selecting the “My Salary Settings” option in the “Employee Information” panel.

On the form shown, use the two dropdown fields to select whether the Estimated or FTE Salary information should be shown on the page and click the “Save Changes” button to store the settings.
