SMB allows for password requirements to be set inline with your own corporate security policies. To change the password requirements, click on the “Administration” option on the main menu, then select the “Password/2FA/Captcha” option in the “Employee Information” panel.
On the form shown, you can set the following values:
- Minimum/Maximum Length
- The minimum number of capital letters required
- The minimum number of lowercase letters required
- The minimum number of number characters required
- Whether the password should include at least one special character
Once you have set these values, click the “Save Settings” button at the bottom of the form to store the settings, Employees will be prompted to use these requirements when they next change their password.
