How can I bulk update absence allocations for multiple employees?

If you need to change the holiday allocation for a number of employees, you can do this as a single bulk action by going to the "Administration" option on the main menu, then selecting "Bulk Allocations".

On the form shown, select the holiday year you wish to change the allocations for, then enter the base full time values for the required allocations in the boxes shown. 

Next, you can either select the individual employees to update or, by changing the "Select Mode" dropdown, you can select the group(s) you wish to apply the change to.

Finally, clicking on the "Update Allocations" button performs the update as instructed.
