How do I add additional licenses to my SMB account?

If you have reached the limit of your subscription and need to add additional employees, you can do this in the Settings menu by clicking on your name in the top-right corner of the screen and selecting “License Details”.

On the page shown, click on the “Upgrade License” button, select the new subscription level you require from the list of options and click on the “Upgrade” button to increase the license.

If your account is billed monthly, the change will take effect immediately and be reflected from your next invoice. If your account is billed annually, then an interim invoice for the additional seats for the remaining period of your subscription year will be raised.

 Note: This option is only available to admin users with permission to manage the subscription. If this should be you, but that permission is not set, you will need to change your permissions (or have another admin user do this for you) by going to your record from the “Employees” option on the main menu, then clicking on the “Edit Details” button on the dashboard and finally changing the “Subscription Admin” option at the bottom of the list of permissions.
