How do I track the status of policy or document signatures?

Once a document has been added and assigned for signatures by multiple employees, either as a document added to the Policy library with signature requirements or as a Bulk Document Signature Request, the simplest way to track the progress of signatures is through one of two reports found in the Reports section.

If you want to check who has signed an assigned policy, you can use the "Signatures by Policy Document" report or, if you are checking the current status of a Bulk Document Signature Request, you can use the "Signatures by Employee Document" report.

If you wish to review the status of document signatures requested directly against employees (requested as part of their "Documents" area), you can use the "Signatures by Employee Document" report to view the status of all directly assigned document signatures for a group of employees.
