All published calendars in SMB have a client specific URL format and are publicly accessible if you have the address for the calendar.
There may be times where you wish to change the published URL - for example, where staff members have left the company and you do not want them to be able to still view the calendar.
SMB offers a feature where you can include a short custom string as part of the address of the calendar, which can be changed any time you want to reissue the calendars.
To change this, click on the "Administration" option on the main menu, then select "Calendar Publishing Settings".
At the bottom the form displayed, in the "Calendar URL" field, enter a string of up to 10 numbers and letters (no special characters) and click the "Save Changes" button to store the new URL information and republish the calendars.
Note: As this will change the address of the published calendars, any users who are currently subscribed in Outlook or other calendar tools will need to re-subscribe to the new calendar address. Any existing calendar subscriptions will no longer work once the address has been changed.
