To see how a form template will look when assigned to employees, select “Administration” from the main menu, then select the “Employee Form Templates” option.
When the list of templates appears, click on the "Preview" button for the template you wish to see. The system will then show you the form as it will be presented to users. If the form has multiple stages, you can select the stage to view from the dropdown list at the top of the page to see how the form will appear and function for each stage of completion.
