How do I hide employees who have not yet started with my company?

By default, employees who have not yet started are displayed within the teams, locations or groups their records have been created in, while ex-employees are stored in their own listing.

You can change this so that only live employees are shown in the team, location or group page and future employees are shown in their own listing by going to the administration section and selecting “Employee List/Search Options” from the “Employee Administration” section.

On this page, change the setting for the “Future Employees” dropdown list to define whether employees who have not yet started should be shown in the standard employee listings and click “Save Settings” to store the changes.
