How do I add a scheduled training event?

To add a scheduled training event to the company training calendar, select “Administration” from the main menu, then select the “Manage Training Calendar” option from the “Training Administration” panel.

When the list of schedule training events is shown, click on the “Add New Event” link at the top of the page.

The “Add Training Event” form is then shown. On this form you may define a completely new training event or create a duplicate of an existing event by selecting an event from the “Event” dropdown list. After setting the start and end times for the new event, along with the maximum number of attendees if required (you may leave this as zero if you do not wish to limit the number of attendees), clicking “Add” at the bottom of the form creates the new event and returns you to the training calendar.
