How can I limit the number of attendees for a scheduled training event?

When creating a training event in the scheduled training calendar, you may sometimes want to limit the number of attendees for a session. You can do this when adding or editing a scheduled training event by entering a number greater than zero in the “Maximum Attendees” box at the bottom of the form.

Once set, this setting will limit whether or not an employee can request to attend a training event. It does not affect the administrator’s ability to invite employees onto a scheduled event. When an employee views the company training calendar, events which have the number of maximum attendees already registered, they will not be able to request to attend that event.
