How do I add a bulk training record to multiple employees?

To create a bulk training record for multiple employees, go to the Administration section from the left hand menu, then select “Bulk Training Records” from the “Training Administration” panel.

When the list of bulk records is shown, click on the “Add Bulk Training Record” link at the top of the page to create a new record.

On the “Add Bulk Training Record” page, enter the details of the training event as you would a normal training record. Then, at the bottom of the page, you can either select the employees individually to assign the record to by checking the box alongside each employee or, if you wish to assign the record by group, you can change the selection mode in the “Set By” dropdown list from “Set by Employees” to “Set By Group” and check the boxes for the groups you wish to assign the training to.

Finally, click the “Add” button at the bottom of the page to create the bulk training record and assign it to all affected employees.
