How do I delete an asset custom field?

To delete an existing asset type custom field, go to Administration > Asset Type Custom Fields and click on the “Delete” button alongside the field you wish to remove.

When the dialog box appears, click the “Delete Custom Field” button to remove the custom field.

Note: If the field has been used in an existing asset record, you will not be able to delete the custom field.
