What are appraisals in SMB?

Appraisal records allow you to track and record all activity around any kind of employee appraisal.

The appraisal record itself is used to schedule and manage the appraisal information, and can contain multiple appraisal forms – where employees and managers may complete online forms and submit documents for inclusion in the appraisal – and goals, where managers may record objectives raised during the appraisal process.
