What are appraisal status types?

Appraisal Status types allow you to define the current stage of appraisals you create in the system. While these don’t impact the appraisals themselves, they do allow you to inform employees and administrators as to the current status of the appraisal. Example status types of could be “New”, “In Planning”, “In Progress” or “Completed”.
