How do I add a goal to an appraisal?

To add a goal to an employee appraisal, select the “Employees” link from the main menu, then navigate to the employee whom you wish to manage. Select the “View” button alongside the relevant employee and, when you are shown the View Employee page, open the Employee Menu by clicking on the arrow on the right-hand side of the menu and select the “Performance” option.

Select the “View” button alongside the required appraisal, then click on the “Add New Appraisal Goal” button to go to the Add Goal page.

On this page, enter a title for the goal, select the company goal to align the goal to, if required, select the current status and set a date for the next review of this goal. You may also select whether to send alerts to the employee and administrators for this employee to remind them when the goal is ready for review.

Finally, click “Add” to save the new goal.
