How do I unlock an employee’s account?

If an employee has locked themselves out of their account through too many incorrect login attempts, an administrator will need to unlock their account.

To do this, click on the “Employees” option on the main menu, then navigate to the team, location or department that contains the employee. Alongside the employee’s name, you’ll find a button marked “Unlock”. Click on this button and confirm the action on the pop-up form to unlock the user’s account.

We would recommend that you now go to the employee’s record and click on the “Resend Login Details” link to issue a new login email for the employee, which will create a new temporary password and allow them to access their account without any further problems.
