How do I set an employee’s Request Mode?

To change an employee from Basic Request Mode to Advanced Request Mode, or vice versa, navigate to the employee’s record from the Employees option on the main menu, then click on the “View/Edit Allocation” button in the “Absence Allocation” panel.

When the Allocations page appears, you’ll see their current setting in the panel at the top of the page, labelled “Absence Request Mode”. To change this, click on the “Change Request Mode” button at the top of the page then, on the form shown, select the mode you wish to change them to and click the “Change Request Mode” button to apply the change.
