What are company events?

SMB allows for events to be added to absence calendars for groups of employees that, while not affecting an employee’s absence, provide visibility of important dates for employees to consider when requesting absence.

Examples of company events might be team building days, client visits or dates of maintenance works being carried out in your offices.

Company events can be created for specific teams, locations or departments and do not impact on absence calculation or allocation.
