How can I view a global absence calendar?

To view all absences for your company, or all absences for a specific team, location or department, simply click on the "Employees" option on the main menu. Find the team, location or department you wish to view the absences for and click on the "Holidays" button alongside their name to see all absences over a 24 month period.

If you have calendar publishing enabled, you will also see a link to allow you to subscribe to the calendar in standard web calendar format, for viewing in Outlook/Google Calendar.
