There are two ways of recording the return of a company asset:
First, select the “Administration” option from the main menu and then select the “Asset Register” option from the administration page. Then, click on the “Sign In” button alongside the asset you wish to manage.
On the form that is displayed, you may enter the date the item was returned, before clicking “Sign In” to record the return.
The other method is to select the “Employees” option from the main menu and navigate to the employee you wish to record the return from. Open the “Employee Menu” by clicking on the arrow on the right-hand side of the menu and select “Money” from the panel that appears. Then, select the “Company Assets” link at the top of the page.
When the list of assets assigned to the user appears, click on the “Sign In” button alongside the asset that is being returned and enter the date the asset was handed back, before clicking on the “Sign In” button to record the return.
