To add a new link, select “Administration” from the main menu, then select the “Hyperlinks” option. On the page that is displayed, you may add a new link by clicking on the “Add New Link” link at the top of the page.
On the form that is presented, enter a title for the link and enter the full address of the hyperlink including its “http://” or “https://” prefix.
Finally, select the locations and/or departments to show the link to, or select “All locations” or “All Divisions/Departments” to show the link to everyone and click “Add” to store the link.
