How do I disable an employee’s access to the system?

To disable access for an employee, select the “Employees” link from the main menu, then navigate to the employee whom you wish to manage. Select the “View” button alongside the relevant employee and, when you are shown the View Employee page, open the Employee Menu by clicking on the arrow on the right-hand side of the menu and select the “Edit” option.

On the “Edit Employee” page, uncheck the box at the bottom of the page marked “Enable Login” to deactivate their login and click “Update” to store the changes.

Note: To re-enable their access, go to the Edit Employee page and recheck the “Enable Login” checkbox.
