If you wish to cancel a request for holiday before it has been approved, you can do this in two ways:
- Go to the “My Requests” option on the menu and click the “Cancel Request” button alongside the request you wish to cancel, then click “Delete” on the confirmation window that opens.
- Go to the “Holidays/Absences” option on the main menu, select the “View My Absence Requests” link at the top of the page and click the “Cancel” button alongside the request you wish to cancel, then click “Delete” on the confirmation window that opens.
Once you have confirmed you wish to cancel the request, the request itself is removed from the system and any associated alerts are also removed.
