How do I change my password?

If you have forgotten your password, or wish to change it, then simply click on the link at the bottom of the login page marked “click here to reset your password”. The system will then ask you to confirm your username and registered email address.

Once you have completed your details, the system will send you a new temporary password via email. When you log in with the temporary password, you will be asked to change it to something more memorable. You can then log in as normal with your new password.
