HR Processes are predefined sets of tasks that connect together to describe a full process. A task may have any number of “child” tasks – tasks that can be triggered by the completion of the parent task – and can branch to an unlimited number of end results.
In practice, an HR process assigns a task to an administration with a number of possible options to complete the task. Selecting an option closes the task and assigns the next task in the sequence to the administration based on the chosen outcome.
