To add advertising details to a vacancy, select the “Recruitment” link from the main menu. On the Manage Vacancies page, click the “View” button for the vacancy you wish to manage.
On the Vacancy Tools menu, select the “Advertising” option to view the advertising panel for the vacancy. To add a new advertisement, click on the “Add New Advertisement” link.
On the form that is displayed, enter a name for the advertisement, the date the advertisement was placed, the agency or provider used to place the advertisement, the recruitment source if applicable and any other notes or comments you wish to store before clicking “Add” to add the advertisement record.
