If you have a training event on your calendar that you did not attend or do not wish to attend, you can request that it is removed by going to “My Training” and selecting the “Cancel Training” button alongside the event you wish to remove.
On the dialog box that appears, enter a reason for the removal in the “Comments” box and click “Cancel” to create a cancellation request, which is routed to your administrator for approval. Once approved, you will be notified by email of the outcome and the training event will be removed from your training record.
