What are my goals?

Goals are objectives that your administrator has assigned to you as areas to improve and performance targets to reach as an employee. These may or may not be aligned with higher company-wide goals and are often an effective way to improve aspects of the organisation as a whole.

You can view details of your goals and objectives by selecting “My Goals” from the main menu. To see more information on a specific goal, click on the “View Goal” button alongside the goal you wish to view.

Note: If there are no goals assigned to you, then the “My Goals” option will not been shown on your menu.
