How can I select the information shown in my entry in the company directory?

If you wish to change the fields shown in your own entry in the company directory, you can do this from your settings page. Log into SMB and open the settings menu by clicking on your name in the top-right corner of the screen and select “My Settings”.

On the page shown, scroll to the “Company Directory Settings” panel to see the list of fields currently shown and click “Update Directory Settings” to change the fields. When the list of fields is displayed, check the boxes for the fields you want to include and click the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page to update your settings.
