If you have uploaded a document to your document library, you can update the details of the document by going to the “My Documents” area on the main menu, then clicking on the “Edit” button alongside the document you wish to update.
Note: If you did not upload the file, or the file was added to your library by an administrator, you will not be able to edit it and no Edit button will be shown.
On the form displayed you may enter the title of the document, change the document type and replace the file with a new file by using the “Select” button to select a new file from your local drive.
Finally, click “Update Document” to store the changes and return to the “My Documents” area.
