If you need to add a new mileage range to the expenses module, you can do this by selecting “Administration” on the main menu, then selecting “Expense Mileage Policies”.
When the list of policies is shown, click on the “Manage Mileage Ranges” link at the top of the page to view the current list of ranges.
To add a new range, click on the “Add a Range” link at the top of the page and enter the starting mileage of the new range, then click “Add Range” to add the new range.
Note: Once you have added a new range, you will need to set the rates within any existing policies to setup the reimbursement rate for the new mileage range.
