How do I update a competency rating for an employee?

To update the rating for competency assigned to an employee, navigate to their record from the Employees option on the main menu, then select “Performance” from the large employee menu.

When the performance module is shown, click on the “View Competencies” link at the top of the page to view any frameworks currently assigned to the employee, then click the “View” button for the framework you wish to update.

When the list of competencies is shown, click on the “View/Update” button for the competency you wish to update and select the new skill rating for the competency along with any notes/evidence you wish to record to support the change in skill rating and click “Update Competency” to update the rating for this competency.
