If you need to add a new vehicle type to the expenses module, you can do this by selecting “Administration” on the main menu, then selecting “Expense Mileage Policies”.
When the list of policies is shown, click on the “Manage Vehicle Types” link at the top of the page to view the current list of vehicle types.
To add a new type, click on the “Add a New Vehicle” link at the top of the page and enter the name of the new vehicle type, then click “Add Vehicle” to add the new type.
Note: Once you have added a new vehicle, you will need to set the rates within any existing policies to setup the reimbursement rate for the new vehicle type.
