To find all applicants who match a particular competency and rating, go to the Recruitment section and select the “View Reports” link at the top of the page, then select the “Find Applicants By Competency” report.
On the report, select the range of applicants or vacancies you wish to search within, the competency you wish to search for and the rating you wish to compare against and click “Run Report”. The system will then provide a list of all applicants who match the competency criterial you have specified.
