How do I change how I am alerted when applicants apply for vacancies?

If you would like to change how application alerts are generated, or change the users who are notified for a specific vacancy, go to the Recruitment section on the main menu, then click on the “View” button for the vacancy you wish to change the settings for.

When the vacancy dashboard is shown, click on the “Publishing” option on the main menu. On the form shown, change the settings in the “Notifications” section to determine which notifications are raised and update the selected users in the “Users to Notify” list and click “Save Changes” to update the settings for the vacancy.
