How do I stop publishing a job vacancy?

If you wish to pause or stop a published vacancy from being available to applicants, go to the Recruitment section on the main menu, then click on the “View” button for the vacancy you wish to stop publishing.

When the vacancy dashboard is shown, click on the “Publishing” option on the main menu. On the form shown, uncheck the “Is Active” checkbox and click on the “Save Settings” button at the bottom of the page.

The application form for this vacancy is now not available to applicants.
